Description
Recruiting:
-We reach out and invite influencers with over 10k followers who fit the ScentKulture brand. After we confirm interest we compile a “green” list. An estimated 3-5 influencers weekly.
-We then provide you with this list for your approval.
Onboarding:
– After you approve, we then begin onboarding them, educating them on the campaign details and deadlines, ScentKulture sends product.
-This includes negotiation of payment for influencers content.
-While we wait for the product to ship and arrive, we will repeat the recruitment & onboarding process w/ new influencers.
Engagement:
-Spencer will reach out weekly to all approved influencers to keep them engaged & monitor where they are in process.
-Once an influencer has received a product, Spencer will be available if they have any questions and then confirm delivery of content within the timeline.
-Spencer will then request funds to be released. (We want to avoid delayed payment, as some influencers may move quickly).
Delivery:
-You will be delivered content for final approval. Upon approval, the influencer will post content & link to your store. (Maybe affiliate, maybe direct).
-Our agency will then pay the influencer the negotiated funds.
-ScentKullture & iREP will then monitor results, tweak, and choose long term influencers to partner with.
Ongoing:
-Weekly meetings between DH Gate & iREP – Wednesday & Friday. Email correspondence on an ongoing basis.
-Spencer will be the dedicated campaign manager for the duration of service.
